Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Engagement & Support:

+ Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. + Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, services, and troubleshooting issues efficiently. + Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate and helpful responses.

Problem-Solving:

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

Education:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.

Technical Skills:
