Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including fares, schedules, and policies
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of airline industry policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
