Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
  • 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
  • Analytical and computer literate

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or call center management
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures
