ABOUT THE ROLE This role is the operational backbone of our Revenue Operations systems. It ensures Salesforce and our GTM tooling are reliable, well-documented, and responsive to the needs of customer-facing teams — driving day-to-day system quality through disciplined execution and proactive maintenance. WHAT YOU’LL DO Deliver systems support across Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated tools. Diagnose and fix process bugs, configuration issues, and data integrity problems end-to-end. Maintain the inbound request process using Linear. Own and maintain process documentation. Proactively identify and close system gaps before they become incidents. During release periods, prioritise hyper-care work focused on release-specific stabilisation. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (required). 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration. Proven capability to manage the complete lifecycle of Salesforce support requests, including initial intake, in-depth questioning, solution design, implementation, documentation, and user enablement. Prior experience in a scale up businesses (100–500 employees), in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations function. Comfortable working autonomously at volume within defined frameworks, taking direction from a remote manager. NICE TO HAVE Previous work in B2B SaaS and/or hospitality technology companies. Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate Salesforce development. Demonstrated ability in structured request management — intake, triage, and resolution workflows using tools like Linear, Jira, or similar. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of e-signature or billing/payments tooling. Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate Salesforce development. WHY ME&U Work with impact and purpose.
