Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from structured finance lawyers who are interested in supporting a key financial services client at Simmons & Simmons. The role is expected to begin in mid-October and run to mid-February 2027. Person specification: You are a 2-6 year PQE lawyer with structured finance expertise. You have experience working in structured finance, securitisation with some direct lending and banking experience. You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
