What We're Looking For

Availability: Able to commit to 2-3 shifts per week, approximately 20 hours weekly, for at least 1 year. Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. Remote Work Environment: A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup with a noise-canceling headset and built-in microphone for clear communication. Education: College coursework in biology, anatomy, or medical terminology is preferred. Experience: Previous exposure to a clinical environment is a plus but not required. Personal Attributes: Motivated, adaptable, customer-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Technology Reliable desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS Catalina or later) with at least 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. High‑definition webcam for video calls and remote consultations. Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for seamless data transmission. Work Schedule Schedules vary by site but typically include weekday shifts, starting between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
