Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
  • Providing legendary service to our customers by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn

Compensation and Perks
