Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product and solutions knowledge to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
