Seasonal Medicare Client Support & Future Enrollment Specialist

BK Insurance is seeking dependable, organized, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Medicare Client Support & Future Enrollment Specialists. We are looking for someone to join our team this summer and help support clients through Medicare enrollment periods, including the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), Open Enrollment Period (OEP), and ongoing client support needs. This opportunity is designed for individuals who may not currently hold an insurance license but are interested in learning the Medicare industry and developing into a Medicare Enrollment Specialist before the busy season. BK Insurance provides structured onboarding, role-play training, workflow systems, recordings, and support to help team members gain confidence and become prepared for Medicare enrollment conversations. We are open to candidates with backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, administration, scheduling, executive assistance, medical offices, insurance support, or similar roles. Medicare experience is helpful but not required. This position may begin as a seasonal opportunity, but for the right person there may be long-term or full-time opportunities beyond the busy season.

What You'll Do

  • Learn Medicare products, enrollment processes, and BK Insurance workflows through structured onboarding and training
  • Obtain health insurance licensing and certifications with support from BK Insurance if needed
  • Participate in role-play exercises and training scenarios designed to prepare you for Medicare enrollment conversations
  • Learn how to review Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement options with clients
  • Assist Medicare clients with plan selection and enrollment support
  • Explain plan differences, provider considerations, and benefit options in a simple and helpful way
  • Help clients understand available options and assist with enrollment conversations
  • Conduct follow-up calls and support client communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
  • Develop into a Medicare Enrollment Specialist capable of assisting clients during AEP and future enrollment periods

Qualifications

  • Health insurance license preferred but not required
  • Willingness to obtain licensing and certifications if needed
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • CRM and computer experience preferred
  • Customer service, healthcare, administrative, or insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule

  • Summer onboarding through December and beyond

Pay

  • $28–$30 per hour depending on experience
