Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services when necessary
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California
