Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Promote arenaflex products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Process customer orders, including taking payments and updating customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
