Position Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
