Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Preparing products to meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- Receiving and processing telephone orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Cleaning equipment and facility to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Prepare products to meet our quality and presentation standards
- Process telephone orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
