Job Summary

As an Experienced Uniformed Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll work closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Uniformed Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
  • Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty
  • Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide
  • Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
  • Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
  • Establishing and maintaining a position at the front of the store or in a department
  • Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
  • Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • 0-2 years retail or security experience

Compensation and Perks

This position has a starting pay range of $16.50 to $18.60 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
