This is a remote, performance-based role designed for disciplined, independent traders who value autonomy with professional support. There are no set work hours and no micromanagement — results and risk management matter more than screen time.

Responsibilities

• Trade stocks and/or options using firm capital
• Follow risk management rules and position sizing guidelines
• Maintain detailed trade records and performance metrics
• Participate in mentoring, education, and trader community discussions

Compensation
