Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our cloud-based data infrastructure. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines and architectures that meet the needs of our business. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure that our data systems are reliable, efficient, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines and architectures using cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and design data systems that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that is scalable, efficient, and secure
- Work with large-scale data systems, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and architecture
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to help them grow and develop their skills
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture
- Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, including Apache Beam, Apache Flink, and Apache Kafka
- Experience with data science tools and technologies, including Jupyter Notebook, Apache Spark, and TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment

* Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture principles
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
