Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Booking, ticketing, and rebooking flights and travel arrangements
- Issuing and reissuing traveler tickets, as well as processing refunds and vouchers
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to provide exceptional customer service
- Working with our team to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need for Success
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages (dependent on location)
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
