Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement:

Issue Resolution:

+ Provide appropriate solutions, including refunds or replacements, to resolve complaints efficiently. + Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with resolutions and ensure a positive outcome.

Data Management:

+ Accurately document interactions and maintain updated customer records. + Use internal resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.

Escalation and Reporting:
