We’re seeking a passionate and driven Full Stack Team Lead to lead the development of our Advanced Workspace Protection products. This is a unique opportunity to build state-of-the-art tools that protect customers from emerging security risks. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy and development of innovative solutions to safeguard digital assets in an evolving threat landscape. What You’ll Do

• Build, lead and hire a team of Fullstack engineers from scratch.
• Create and launch advanced threat detection solutions to address non-human identity compromises, user attestation, and anomaly detection.
• Become a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with Product, Research, Design, and Data teams to deliver new products from concept to launch.
• Partner with strategic customers and the Fireblocks sales team to ensure the product meets real-world needs.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as an R&D team lead at a cybersecurity company - must
• 4+ years of hands‑on technical experience in software engineering, research, or cyber operations - must
• Proven experience in building teams and developing products from the ground up.
• Experience in Full‑Stack development with Node.js, TypeScript and ReactJS building scalable applications in a cloud environment - highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrating cloud‑native solutions
• Extensive background and experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat detection methodologies, tools, and techniques.
