Join Our Team

We're growing fast, and we want you to be a part of it! As a remote Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be an integral part of an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to:

  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour.
