Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns and issues
- Assisting customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and appointment setting
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Two years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Reliable high-speed internet, with a stable ethernet connection (a speed test will be required during the application process)
- A laptop or PC in good condition, with a specifications report submitted during the application process
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
