Key Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Uphold company values and respect every customer interaction.
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
