What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Making Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their loyalty is earned.
- Maintaining Composure: Remain calm and composed in escalated situations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Building Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Operating Accurately & Efficiently: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease and accuracy.
- Multitasking: Be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment, juggling multiple responsibilities and priorities.
What Skills You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Regular and Reliable Attendance: Maintain a regular and reliable attendance record, including adherence to the daily schedule as assigned.
- Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Flexibility: Be flexible with your working schedule, including the possibility of working weekends, holidays, and events.
- Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and software.
- Self-Motivation: Possess confidence in your self-motivation techniques and ability to work independently.
- Age and Education Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED.
