Training Process – 2-hour self-paced onboarding module – Practice conversations and ticketing walkthroughs – First shift reviewed by QA with feedback – Paid work typically begins 3–5 business days post-onboarding Sample Shift Snapshot On a Tuesday afternoon shift from 3 PM–8 PM, you assist one customer applying a promo code, another resolving a duplicate billing issue, and a third trying to reset their login password.
