Experienced Customer Service Representative – Thai and English Support for arenaflex's Global Blockchain Ecosystem

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in creating a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. We're looking for a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers in Thai and English.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers
  • Handling customer enquiries, advices, and suggestions via email or online tools
  • Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the form of documentation
  • Handling customer complaints, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree or above
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry (outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Proactive and meticulous approach
  • A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation
  • Passion for customer service industry and willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shift
  • Positive about the crypto industry

Optional:

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • English language proficiency certificate
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
