Experienced Data Entry Operator – Work from Home, Fulltime Opportunity with arenaflex

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team on a fulltime, work-from-home basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data, working closely with our team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules. - Verify data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate. - Search entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines. - Complete timesheets on a weekly basis. - Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements. - Perform other job-related duties as required. - Work with clearly defined procedures. - Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school graduate or equivalent. - Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training. - Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week. - Strong attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of computer applications. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to meet scheduled deadlines. - Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed. - Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments. - Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics. - High-Speed Internet capability. - Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in data entry or a related field. - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
