Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to customers.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Digital Interview Skills: Must successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) to demonstrate your communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Age and Education: Over 18 years of age and a High School Graduate or GED.
  • Technical Skills: Strong desktop computer system skills, including the ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, as well as logical problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Call Center Experience: 1 year of Inbound call center work experience is required.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or call center management.
