Remote Speech-Language Pathologist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of clients via a telehealth platform. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, while making a significant impact on individuals needing speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive communication support. You will be responsible for conducting virtual evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of various communication disorders across different age groups (pediatric to adult), and a passion for leveraging technology to improve access to care. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Developing and implementing effective therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and goals will be a primary duty. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, as you will be managing your own schedule and caseload remotely. Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Continuing education and staying updated on best practices in speech-language pathology, particularly within the realm of telepractice, is expected. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology. Demonstrated experience with pediatric and/or adult populations. Proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and delivering teletherapy services. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (e.g., VSeeFace, Doxy.me) and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Technologically savvy with a reliable high-speed internet connection. Experience with various communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic disorders.
