Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, leveraging social media, online advertising, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Online Advertising: Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness.
  • SEO Efforts: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
  • Content Creation: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Content Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Industry Trends: Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Partnerships: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas, as well as web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends.
  • Creative Writing: Skills and experience in creative content writing, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content for various digital channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills to analyze performance metrics and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Email Campaigns: Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • SEO/SEM Experience: Experience with SEO and SEM, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
  • Content Management Systems: Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.
