Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, answering their queries, and helping them find what they need
- Maintaining a positive sales floor environment by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assisting with clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales data as required
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll provide training and support to ensure your safety)

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
