As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring that our business practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for: - Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for arenaflex Retail Services. - Translating arenaflex's Compliance strategy and goals across our clients, products, and geographies in a clear and concise manner. - Providing expert guidance on function/business/product regulations on a real-time basis to manage compliance risk. - Staying abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news, including regulatory findings. - Overseeing the monitoring and identification of regulatory developments, including enforcement actions, and new laws, regulations, rules, and interpretations or guidance relating to the supported function/business/product. - Analyzing and scoping the impact of new and complex regulatory developments across senior function/business/product, including cross-border impact. - Advising arenaflex Retail Services management and personnel on regulatory and compliance issues and providing credible challenge. - Participating in industry groups and trade association working groups or other forums. - Leading initiatives and managing high-impact special project work streams with a results-driven focus to deliver solutions. - Managing strategy and responses to regulatory examinations, reviews, and inquiries and internal and external investigations, as well as testing and audit. - Designing and leading compliance and control reviews. - Partnering with other arenaflex Retail Services teams and global functions, including Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology, and Finance to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.

Essential Qualifications

- Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies. - Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units. - Ability to navigate a complex organization and influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level. - Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors, etc. - Awareness of regulatory requirements, including local and US laws, international and industry standards. - Familiarity with consumer banking laws, rules, and regulations, such as Regulations E (Electronic Funds Transfer), Regulation Z (Truth in Lending), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, UDAAP, Regulation P (Privacy), Regulation V (Fair Credit Reporting), TCPA (Telephone Communications Protection Act), and Fair Lending and Fairness compliance requirements. - Advanced knowledge in the area of focus. - Related certifications, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Compliance, Law, or Business Administration. - Experience in Compliance, legal, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm. - Experience in managing a diverse staff and previous experience in the area of focus. - Advanced degree, such as an MBA or JD, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
