- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
This assignment is within a progressive medical/telemetry unit featuring new equipment and a supportive environment. With 29 beds and a collaborative team—5 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs per shift—you’ll provide essential care using PCA and IV pumps and the Meditech EMR system. The floor’s robust staffing and a manageable patient ratio (1:6) ensure your expertise is valued and you’re never on your own. Enhance your professional portfolio by broadening your experience with central lines, medication drips, and advanced monitoring, while working alongside seasoned clinicians eager to share their insights. Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital telemetry experience
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale, Meditech proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding telemetry care and patient monitoring
- Administer medication drips and manage central lines
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and independence in patient management
