SEM Expert needed! — Help Us Turn Paid Search Into Pipeline

About nForto nForto is a multi-brand portfolio company. Our three commercial brands serve three very different markets. N.AGENCY is a premium digital strategy consultancy — €5K–€60K+ engagements with mid-market companies and ETIs across the EU, built on Dentsu / VML strategic frameworks. N.COMPUTER builds hardware: VDI thin clients, Mini PCs, servers, and AI servers. N.SOLUTIONS delivers digital products and case-study-led services. The audiences and sales motions are genuinely different across the three, and that has to show up in how each campaign is built. The role: This is a role for someone who doesn't just follow paid-search best practices, but questions them. Someone who can spot opportunity in data, turn insights into action, and continuously improve performance across our commercial brands. You'll own paid search across N.AGENCY (premium digital strategy consulting for EU mid-market — long sales cycles, decision-maker targeting, high CPC tolerance), N.COMPUTER (hardware: VDI thin clients, Mini PCs, servers, AI servers — B2B IT-buyer targeting, technical keyword sets), and N.SOLUTIONS (digital products, case-study-led). Three brands, three audiences, three sales motions — you'll keep them genuinely separate. You'll work alongside a separate SEO Expert who owns organic across the same brands (and N.MAGAZINE), so the paid and organic strategies stay aligned without overlap. What you'll do - Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads across all three commercial brands - Build and maintain keyword sets per brand, segmented by intent and sales motion - Optimize landing pages and ad copy for conversion — A/B test, iterate, measure - Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution per brand and per campaign - Coordinate with the SEO Expert so paid keyword sets and organic content strategy reinforce — not duplicate — each other - Deliver clear, actionable monthly optimization reports — what changed, what worked, what's next You'll thrive here if you're comfortable working from clearly scoped briefs and can deliver high-quality work without needing internal system access. What we're looking for - Strong experience running paid search across multiple brands or business lines simultaneously - Deep fluency in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Bing Ads - A data-driven, results-focused mindset — you measure, attribute, and report on outcomes - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Clear communicator who turns insights into action - Comfortable coordinating with a separate organic SEO specialist without overlap
