Manage and optimize partnerships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure smooth streaming performance for our subscribers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any network-related issues and implement solutions to improve streaming performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ISPs, understanding their network infrastructure and capabilities to effectively negotiate interconnection agreements. Continuously monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology to drive innovation and improve streaming experience for users. Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external partners on ISP interconnection and network-related matters. Lead and participate in projects related to ISP interconnection, such as new market launches and capacity upgrades. Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of ISP partners to ensure compliance with interconnection agreements and SLAs. Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures related to ISP interconnection.
