AI XDR (SDR/BDR) — Commission Only Argo IQ | Remote | Ground-Floor Opportunity Argo IQ is building the oversight layer for AI workflows. We help companies monitor, test, score, fix, and improve AI-driven work so their systems become more reliable, more governable, and more effective over time. Our customers span industries and use Argo IQ to bring visibility, control, and continuous improvement to AI operations. We’re hiring an AI XDR — a hybrid SDR/BDR role for someone who wants to help build a modern sales motion using AI. This person will help run inbound and outbound playbooks, generate qualified opportunities, and work closely with leadership to shape how Argo IQ grows. This is not a plug-and-play role inside a mature sales org. It is a ground-floor opportunity to help define what works, what doesn’t, and what our go-to-market engine becomes. Important note on compensation This is a

  • commission-only
  • contractor opportunity.

Compensation is 5% of signed contracts on new business sourced upstream, or $500 per closed deal , whichever is greater. There is no hourly pay or base compensation at this stage. It’s important to be candid: there is real risk in this model. Because this role influences pipeline but does not fully control whether deals ultimately close, outcomes depend on both your work and the broader team’s execution. At this stage, everyone is relying on each other to make momentum happen, and we are actively discovering together what works and what doesn’t. What you’ll do

  • Use AI tools to support prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline generation
  • Help design and improve inbound and outbound sales playbooks
  • Research and engage target accounts across industries
  • Qualify leads and pass strong opportunities into the sales process
  • Track experiments, messaging performance, and outreach outcomes
  • Bring ideas for improving response rates, conversion, and workflow efficiency
  • Work directly with leadership on GTM strategy and execution
