Licensed Health and Life Insurance Broker
We’re seeking a motivated, service-driven Health Insurance Agent to join BiG Agency, a growing nationwide team dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. In this role, you’ll do more than sell insurance you’ll make a meaningful impact. You’ll educate clients on health and life insurance options, guide them through important coverage decisions, and help them confidently choose plans that fit their needs and budget. By building lasting relationships and offering ongoing support, you’ll become a trusted advisor throughout the enrollment process and beyond. At BiG Agency, we empower our agents with the tools, flexibility, and support to succeed on a national level while making a real difference in the lives of clients every day.
Requirements
- Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Strong computer skills; comfort working in a digital environment
- Phone experience with excellent verbal and communication skills
- High personal integrity, character, and professionalism
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Coachable mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth
- Commitment to attending all required meetings and training sessions
