ANNUITIZE YOUR FORMER STAFFING OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Position Title: Flex "Gig" Staffing Sales Reps – Commission Only Work Arrangement: Part-Time & Flexible “Gig” Compensation: Commission Only (Capped at $100K per client annually; uncapped number of clients) Location: Remote (U.S.-based; preference for candidates with strong regional business networks) About PeopleCaddie PeopleCaddie is a leading professional staffing firm specializing in the placement of top-tier white-collar professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles nationwide. Our commission-only sales program empowers driven, well-connected business development professionals to earn substantial commissions by leveraging their networks and industry expertise. Position Summary The Commission-Only Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and referring staffing job orders from their professional network or new business development efforts. The ideal candidate has an existing network of hiring managers, decision-makers, or influencers across white-collar verticals such as accounting, finance, IT, HR, or marketing. Note: This is a pure business development role. You are not responsible for recruiting or account management—PeopleCaddie’s internal team handles candidate delivery and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through your existing network, market expertise, and outreach efforts
  • Qualify job orders using PeopleCaddie’s intake criteria and handoff process
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients; build trust and communicate PeopleCaddie’s value proposition effectively
  • Schedule and join client intake calls with the Head of Business Development (or designated closer)
  • Accurately maintain a job order tracker with timely updates
  • Collaborate with internal sales and recruiting teams to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to fulfillment
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity

Experience – Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of success in staffing, professional services, consulting, or B2B sales
  • Proven record of business development success (beyond account management)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate real job orders through a professional network

Network

  • Strong and current relationships with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Managers) in white-collar sectors such as accounting/finance, IT, HR, or marketing
  • Ability to generate qualified job orders from both new and existing contacts

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a commission-only, flexible 1099/independent contractor role
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a “split desk” staffing model or contract/interim placement environment
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MixMax, Seamless.AI, etc.
  • Experience in outcome-based or gig/freelance sales roles

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission Only: 10% of gross margin on all qualified job orders resulting in a successful placement
  • Client MSA Bonus: 10% of gross margin on all placements (perm and contract) across all lines of business for one year after client MSA is executed
  • Annual Cap per Client: Up to $100K in commissions per client (no cap on the number of clients)
  • Flexible schedule (Part-Time, Gig, or Full-Time)
