Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Early Lung Cancer Screening Program (Virtual/Fully Remote)

Opportunity Information Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pulmonology working in a virtual setting under the direct supervision of a Pulmonologist and with a team of nurses.

  • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule Pacific Standard Time
  • Focus on Early Lung Cancer Detection Program
  • About 30% focused on direct patient care and 70% focused on care coordination, clinical inbox management, and research and development

Qualifications

  • 6 months clinical experience
  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
  • Active DEA registration
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Florida (FL), Oregon (OR), or Washington (WA)
