Family Lawyer
Our growing law firm is looking to hire a family attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must. - High-net-worth divorce experience (business interests, real property portfolios, trusts/complex financials)
- Experience working with public figures / privacy-sensitive clients
- Trial experience or meaningful evidentiary hearing track record
- Ability to support firm growth through process improvement and team development
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years California family law experience (high-asset + contested custody required)
- Demonstrated litigation experience (contested hearings, strong motion practice; trial experience preferred)
- Strong legal writing skills (declarations and persuasive narrative building are essential)
- High emotional intelligence, strong boundaries, and professionalism under pressure
- Organized and accountable in a remote environment
