The Role
You'll own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients — from kickoff to go-live — acting as the connective tissue between Fortune 100 stakeholders and internal engineering teams. Think less "status updater," more trusted delivery authority.This role is ideal for someone who has lived in both engineering and project management worlds and knows how to earn respect from both sides of the table.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered privacy compliance platform for enterprise clients
Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout delivery — you set the tone, pace, and confidence level
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — you're as comfortable in a C-suite call as you are in a developer standup
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)
Bachelor's degree or higher
Availability to work Eastern Time hours (core overlap through 4 PM ET)
Strong Advantage:
Background as a Software Engineer who transitioned into project/program management
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
