The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance to customers through online chat software. You'll interact daily with visitors on our client's websites, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your ability to handle multiple incoming requests for information, remain calm under pressure, and deliver enthusiastic customer service will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

* Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • The ability to compose professional emails is a plus
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
  • An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
