A leading professional services organization is hiring a Temporary Public Relations & Communications Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This temporary role offers the opportunity to support a prestigious law firm's marketing and communications initiatives remotely, with an expected duration of 10-26 weeks. There is no application deadline for this role. *Temporary Public Relations & Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Create, review, and refine content for various channels, including website updates, social media posts, press materials, and external communications. * Maintain and update digital content, ensuring consistency with the firm's brand and timely promotion of key news and achievements. * Support media relations activities by tracking media coverage, maintaining media lists, and assisting with press inquiries and interviews. * Contribute to the promotion of firm matters and campaigns by collaborating with attorneys and marketing teams to develop content. * Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, managing key reports, and supporting awards and accolades submissions. *Temporary Public Relations & Communications Coordinator Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3+ years experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably in professional services or legal environments. * Proven ability to write and edit content tailored to digital and external audiences. * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects. * Effective communication skills, capable of working with legal professionals and cross-team collaborators. * Experience managing or posting content on websites and social media platforms; familiarity with media monitoring tools and content management systems is a plus. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
