Paid Media & HubSpot Specialist (Meta + Google Ads | Luxury Brands | Contract | Remote)

Overview

Bowtie Media is a boutique digital marketing agency focused on premium and luxury brands. We are looking for a contract Paid Media & HubSpot Specialist to support high-performing Meta campaigns and Google Ads (search-focused) along with lead tracking across multiple national brands. This is not a high-volume eCommerce role. Our work focuses on brand storytelling, dealer networks, and high-consideration purchase journeys. What You’ll Be Working On

  • Managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across full funnel:
  • Traffic (Landing Page Views)
  • Retargeting (video views, site visitors, engagement)
  • Conversion (lead generation, dealer intent)
  • Supporting campaign structure and audience strategy across:
  • Top markets (Comscore-style targeting)
  • High household income segments
  • Collaborating on creative testing (static, carousel, video)
  • Supporting Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent search traffic
  • - Brand + non-brand keyword strategy
  • - Dealer/location-based searches
  • - High-consideration product queries

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
  • Develop and refine retargeting audiences (30/60/90 day windows, video engagement, site traffic)
  • Monitor performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, and Cost per LPV/Lead
  • Support Meta Pixel + HubSpot tracking integration
  • Assist with event mapping (Lead, Submit, Download) inside HubSpot
  • Identify and troubleshoot tracking gaps between Meta and HubSpot
  • Provide clear, actionable weekly performance insights
  • Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns (no heavy display/PMax focus required)
  • Conduct keyword targeting focused on high-intent and brand-driven queries
  • Align Google Ads performance with Meta campaigns to support full-funnel strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (event tracking, attribution, or integrations)
  • Experience with high-consideration or luxury brands
  • (appliances, home design, real estate, or similar preferred)

You Should Understand

  • How to structure a full-funnel Meta campaign (TOF → Retargeting → Conversion)
  • Retargeting strategies using:
  • Video views
  • Website visitors
  • Social engagement
  • Conversion tracking limitations (iOS, pixel discrepancies, attribution windows)
  • The difference between cheap traffic and qualified leads

Nice to Have

  • Experience targeting high-income audiences (HHI segments)
  • Experience working with dealer networks or distributor-based brands
  • Agency experience

Compensation

  • $25–$30/hour depending on experience
  • ~10–20 hours per week to start
  • Opportunity to expand as media spend increases
