Job Summary

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home while supporting our passengers with their travel needs. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotional offers. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
  • Process and update customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company image by upholding arenaflex's customer service standards.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.).
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with arenaflex's policies.

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required.

  • Some college experience preferred but not mandatory.
