Customer Support Advocate: Be the Voice of arenaflex

We're seeking a talented Customer Support Advocate to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, troubleshoot various issues, and help customers adapt to new software and updates.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
  • Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates
  • Tracking issues/bugs that customers are experiencing and communicating accordingly
  • Brainstorming and creating better and more efficient processes for the team
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and upbeat personality
  • Empathy and patience with customers
  • Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
  • Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software's
  • Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

Office Requirements

As a fully distributed team (100% remote), you'll need:

  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
  • We'll provide all necessary equipment
  • Ability to work 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month
  • US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$25/hour
