How You’ll Make a Difference Mastering the Movement: You will own the daily service schedule, optimizing routes and managing real-time changes to ensure the field team is exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there. Bridge the Communication Gap: You’ll act as the professional voice of the business, turning inbound inquiries and property management work orders into confirmed appointments while keeping every customer informed and satisfied. Operational Integrity: By meticulously managing work orders in systems like AppFolio, you ensure no job falls through the cracks and every data point is captured, giving the business a perfectly organized digital backbone. Protecting the Bottom Line: You’ll support the financial health of the business by proactively following up on outstanding balances and maintaining customer relationships that drive long-term retention.
