LMS Training Administrator

Job Title: LMS Training Administrator Reports To: TBD Industry: Logistics Software / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Remote) Role Overview The LMS & Training Administrator is responsible for administering and optimizing the company’s Learning Management Systems, Docebo, to support external client training initiatives such as managing platform configuration, user setup for reporting and technical support for external customers. This role ensures effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of training programs aligned with business objectives within a Transportation Management System environment. You will create and maintain training content in Articulate 360, ensuring materials stay current across our product releases per year. You will also maintain the Salesforce Revenova org we use exclusively for content capture, keeping it configured, upgraded, and populated with accurate test data. As a leader in the TMS space, we provide a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the scalability of our workforce and the success of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client-facing training portal. Organize course catalogs, manage user groups for different customer tiers, and troubleshoot access issues.
  • Work with IT and Product teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Product Development and Customer Success to translate complex TMS features into digestible learning modules.
  • Maintain the accuracy of training materials as the TMS evolves through new release cycles.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia assets (screen recordings, "How-to" guides, and interactive quizzes).
  • Implement AI-driven automation to generate and update training content, identify impacted materials from product changes, and improve efficiency of content management and delivery
  • Establish and maintain LMS SOPs for customer-facing.
  • Generate monthly reports on client certification progress to assist the Sales and Account Management teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration (experience with Docebo or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate preferred) and an understanding of SCORM/API standards
  • Experience supporting frequent product releases and updating training at scale
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation for content creation or workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle training and content management in a SaaS or product-driven environment
  • Ability to explain technical software concepts to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with Revenova TMS and/or Salesforce a plus
