Remote Sales Closer (Window Cleaning Services)

PINE Window Cleaning is looking for a driven and reliable Remote Sales Closer to join our team. You’ll be speaking with warm leads who have already shown interest in our services and closing them over the phone. This is a high-impact role where strong communication and confidence directly translate into earnings. If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust quickly, and closing deals — this is for you.

• *What You’ll Be Doing:
• Calling and following up with inbound leads
• Closing window cleaning jobs over the phone
• Answering customer questions and building trust
• Updating lead status in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Following up with prospects to maximize conversions
• *Compensation:
• Performance-based pay
• Bonuses available based on results
• High earning potential for top performers
• *Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Sales or closing experience preferred (not required if confident)
• Comfortable handling phone calls daily
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to follow a proven script/process
• *Preferred (Bonus):
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience in home services (window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)
• Remote sales or call center experience
