And we're building a production team that believes in what we're building. --- THE OPPORTUNITY This starts at $10 per completed audio — approximately 30 minutes of focused work per piece. But this isn't just a per-project gig. We're growing fast, and the right person grows with us. There are real opportunities for expanded responsibility and deeper involvement as we scale. We've built out the full system: a detailed SOP, quality control tools, and a production tracking spreadsheet. Everything is documented. You follow the process, do great work, and this becomes a reliable and meaningful stream of income — with a company that's just getting started. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO — Produce personalized client audio files using professional audio production tools — Assemble and export final files following a detailed SOP — Log quality notes and maintain production records --- HARD REQUIREMENTS Do not apply if you don't have all of these: — CapCut Pro (paid version — required) — Hands-on experience with audio editing and production — Comfortable working with audio production software — you'll be trained on our specific tools — Strong attention to detail — the kind where you notice when something sounds slightly off — Ability to follow a detailed SOP independently, without hand-holding — Reliable communication and follow-through --- THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF... — You're going to run this post through AI and send us a generated response.
