Position: Receptionist - Home Office posted about 1 hour ago Oklahoma City, OK Do you have a natural ability to make others feel welcome? Are you highly reliable and organized? If so, we’re looking for a dependable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist for our home office in Oklahoma City! The receptionist will support daily operations by handling both clerical and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, delivers strong customer service, and can work independently while solving problems effectively. Hourly rate: Consideration given to experience. Duties include reception, where you are responsible for creating a great first impression for our employees and vendors by graciously welcoming and assisting them – both in person and on the phone. You will also help with additional HR related responsibilities as directed (Work Comp background, I9 audits and verifications, organizing files, etc).

  • Professional appearance (business attire)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attendance record
  • A friendly and pleasant demeanor
  • Proficiency with technology (Ms Office, internal HRIS)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in reception or administrative offices required.
  • Some vocational or college training is a plus.
